Y Studios is a unique learning centre for musicians who are interested in sound recording/ music production.

The centre offers a wide range of products and has always got something new and innovative on the cards to help reach out and appeal to all walks of the community.

The studio has moved strength by strength during 2007 including recordings due to be released professionally by UK New Sounds for Birmingham band ‘Jodi Lee Parker’ as well as recording the album of ‘Tunes Times Tables’ a pioneering organisation teaching multiplication tables through rap.

The studio has also joined services with the Youth Works within Northfield YMCA putting together a musical workshop programme currently through the school holidays. If this proves a success an all year round schedule including Christmas and mid term productions will be put into place where children will learn about music, dance, drama and costume production on the run up to the performance.

Future projects: Internet radio station, ASDAN in performance/ composition, ASDAN in radio production and web design.
