West Heath

This modern small project located in West Heath is in easy walking distance of beautiful countryside views. The scheme comprises of 5 self contained 1 bedroom flats with separate lounge and kitchen. Residents have access to support staff 24 hours a day, either via the on-call system, or by visiting our Northfield Project.

This type of accommodation is suitable for those that have some basic independent living skills, but require assistance in honing those kills ready for fully independent living.

Facilities at our Northfield project are available to residents in West Heath by arrangement.
