Erdington

Sitting at the ‘gateway’ to Birmingham, 300 Reservoir Road in Erdington is one of our largest supported housing projects. The building has accommodation for 47 residents, made up of fully furnished study rooms, with shared bathroom.

There is a comfortable communal lounge and dining area and restaurant with a state of the art flat screen TV and computer access exclusively for the use of residents.

We have a team of Support staff, providing advice and assistance to residents through one-to-one keyworking sessions, staff are accessible 24 hours per day throughout the week.

There are on-site sports facilities available, and the location of this project allows easy access to local shops, library, and swimming baths along with excellent transport links to the city centre.
